The Challenge
Goods leaving the mill moved on paper gate passes that were handwritten at the gate and reconciled later, which left no reliable record of what left, in which vehicle, under whose approval. Discrepancies between dispatch notes and what actually loaded were difficult to investigate after the fact.

What We Built
Gate passes became digital records requiring approval before a vehicle can be cleared. Each pass carries the material, quantity, vehicle, and approving manager, and the gate confirms dispatch against the pass, producing a complete movement record.
