The Challenge
Attendance was recorded on biometric devices but then re-typed into a payroll sheet by hand. Every month carried a transcription step, so attendance disputes were common and unverifiable, and overtime was calculated from the typed sheet rather than from the device data that actually existed.

What We Built
We pulled attendance directly from the ZKTeco devices, matched each record to an employee and shift roster, and let payroll calculate from that source. Salary structures, overtime rules, and deductions are configured per department, and every payslip traces back to the attendance records behind it.
