Why it happens

The user tried to leave or save a record while a Required=Yes item is empty, or the block's commit validation rejected a NULL value.

How to fix it

Enter a value for the highlighted item, or set Required=No and validate it in WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM / PRE-INSERT. Check that the base table column is not NOT NULL without a default.
